JOB DESCRIPTION
- Technical troubleshooting related to computer hardware, software, mobile devices and other tech tools and products
- Calls/tickets/user interaction in a prompt and professional way
- Documentation of problems and knowledge database creation
- Provide hardware migration teams with information and appropriate reports and lists
- Service Request Management, Access Management, User Management, in-house Onsite Support
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Fluent German and English
- Previous relevant experience in IT Helpdesk, Technical Support or relevant position
- Knowledge of HW and SW: Windows OS, MS Office, Communication apps, computer skills
- Customer-oriented, good problem-solving skills
