JOB DESCRIPTION

• Impact analysis of compliance, customer and product requirements
• Preparation of technical specifications for customers, platform vendors and internal development teams
• 3rd level support for operation teams (no emergency shifts)
• Test and monitoring design, or testing when necessary
• Setup and management of:

• application parameters
• scheduled processing flow
• interfaces
• platform access channels
• application updates installations
• support to the customers with their requirements and issues resolution

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Required Skills:

• Oracle DB, SQL, PL/SQL
• Linux on a user level
• Well oriented in the field of IT technologies and systems
• Good English for communication with team members and discussion with vendors

Nice-to-have:

• Knowledge of monitoring (e.g. Grafana, Nagios) and automation (e.g. Jenkins, Airflow) tools
• University/secondary education in IT
• Knowledge of the payment cards area
