For our client, an international company with a focus on market data and their analysis, we are currently looking for an Experience IT Solution Specialist for their team that will focus on identifying, testing, and implementing a variety of IT solutions to the company. The new colleague will be part of the full project lifecycle starting with analyses of the requirements and finishing with deploying the solution and driving adoption of the new tool with the employees.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for

Participation in the deployment of new solutions to specific departments or the overall company

Propose and demo the recommended solution and approach inside the IT team and to the respective departments. Communicate the costs and benefits of the recommended solution.

• Prepare implementation, communication, and training plan to fit the nature of the new solution and size of the impact.
• Create documentation and training materials to support smooth adoption
• Coordinate implementation of the new solution. Assist the business units in adopting the new solution and adjusting related business processes.

Participation in solution identification and selection

• Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand the needs of specific departments and the organization.
• Identification of the key requirements and features.
• Analyze if the suitable solution is already implemented inside the company and can be used directly or after necessary adaptation and coordinate activities.
• Analyze if a suitable 3rd party solution exists and can be implemented.
• Coordinate testing of the solution with the system administrators or developers to verify all crucial requirements are covered, including the security, performance, and integration aspects

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT mainly focused on the deployment of new solutions, analysis of business and technical requirements, solution identification and testing, training and documentation experience
• Project management skills
• Resourcefulness, creative problem solving, and innovative abilities
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, fluent English
