We are looking for an experienced SW Engineering Manager who will join our Prague Hospitality engineering organization to lead multiple product teams in a global software delivery environment working on a market-leading restaurant solution.

JOB DESCRIPTION

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 10+ years in software engineering, part of that 5+ years in engineering management
• Strong leadership skills, people/process/technology
• Strong experience with large SW projects and complex customer implementations
• Strong hands-on experience with C++ or C# and related tech stack
• Working knowledge of cloud-native technology stack based on Azure or GCP
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban)
• Experience with SDLC tooling (GitHub, Jira or their alternatives)
• BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience
• Fluent Englis
