JOB DESCRIPTION

  • You will provide expert technical guidance for the company’s products and cloud technologies to SME customers via phone, email, and/or remote access.
  • Working collaboratively, you will analyze and develop solutions for customer issues ensuring
  • Detailing cases and resolutions clearly in the CRM system
  • Taking ownership of hot and more critical cases when required

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Some background in providing technical customer support
  • Ability to understand technical issues and apply technical concepts
  • 2+ years of work experience with Windows Server/Desktop and networking/WEB protocols (TCP/IP/HTTPS/DNS)
  • Proficient (Native) French languages is MUST
  • Fluent English language is MUST
