JOB DESCRIPTION

Join us and:

• Play a key role throughout the project delivery lifecycle with a leading role during the analysis and user acceptance testing stages
• Using creative and engaging techniques you will facilitate and lead business workshops to obtain business requirements with all levels of stakeholders 
• Using your powers of persuasion you will negotiate favorable solution outcomes with vendors and external parties
• Bringing all of this momentum together you will lead the user acceptance testing and provide support to key users during the implementation
• You will be at the center of the change and with your detailed understanding of the impacts you will help to guide the business through the transition

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 3-5 years of experience in a position of Business Analyst 
• Advanced skills with Excel, Enterprise Architect and knowledge of Jira
• Knowledge of ERP business solutions, such as SAP or Navision
• UML
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile Methodologies
• Advanced level of Czech and English, both written and verbal (you will use it daily in our multinational/multicultural environment)
